Returns and Exchanges:
unpicked-up items may be returned within 48 hours of purchase. Products must be inspected prior to purchase. Once received by the customer, only exchanges are allowed.Once the product has been received by the customer, there will be no returns. Product may be exchanged only. *No refund will be given.* Ensure your vehicle can accommodate the product before pick-up. Bring rope, wraps, and blankets to secure the product (you are responsible for tying and securing the load). Assembly instructions are available upon request; ask your salesperson for assistance. Inspect the merchandise before loading. Imperfect or incorrect items must be returned for exchange. Delivery Specific delivery times cannot be scheduled, but you will be contacted on the morning of delivery after 10:00 AM for an approximate time. Delivery date changes require a minimum 24-hour notice; allow one week for rescheduling. Verify the delivery address, phone number, and directions on the invoice. An adult over 18 with the invoice must be present to sign for delivery. Clear the room where the merchandise will be placed. Movers cannot rearrange existing furniture due to insurance limitations.
